Kelli Tuttle
Kelli Tuttle is president and co-owner of Bluestem Forestry Consulting, Inc. Kelli holds a B.S. in Urban Forestry from Purdue University. Her experience includes all aspects of municipal forestry and community involvement as well as consulting. Since 1997 she has been providing consulting services for communities throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Indiana. Her consulting services include: tree inventories, management plans, EAB readiness plans, ordinance preparation, public relations and staff training.
Prior to starting Bluestem, Kelli was employed by the City of Duluth, MN, as a tree inspector for nearly five years. Duluth has a tree population of 17,000 trees and has 30 parks. She has also worked in the Chicagoland area for Natural Path Forestry Consultants and the Village of Wilmette.
Kelli has been an ISA Certified Arborist since 1997 (MN-0215) and is a former member of the National Urban and Community Forestry Advisory Committee (NUCFAC) in Washington, D.C. Kelli is currently chair of the Wisconsin Urban Forestry Council and is a member of the International Society of Arboriculture, Society of Municipal Arborists and the Wisconsin Arborist Association.
Andrew Tuttle
Andy holds a B.S. in Forest Management from Purdue University. He has been providing forestry and GIS related consulting services for 18 years.
Andy provides traditional field forestry, urban forestry and GIS related services for projects. Andy is an ISA Certified Arborist (WI-0775A) and works with a variety of municipalities on their inventory projects.
